INGREDIENTS

• 100 Gr potatoes, red, flesh and skin, raw

• 50 Gr broccoli, raw

• 30 Gr crystal of the sea fresh anchovies

• 0 Gr beef bone broth

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the potatoes and broccoli thoroughly.
  2. Clean the fresh anchovies by removing the heads and innards, then drain.
  3. Boil the potatoes until soft (about 15 minutes).
  4. Add the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of boiling to preserve its color and nutritional content.
  5. Boil or steam the anchovies until cooked (around 5 minutes).
  6. Place the potatoes, broccoli, and anchovies into a blender or food processor.
  7. Gradually add beef bone broth or water until you reach the desired puree texture.
  8. Pour the puree into a bowl and serve warm.
