INGREDIENTS

• 200 Gr tofu, soft, prepared with calcium sulfate and magnesium chloride (nigari)

• 50 Gr tapioca starch

• 5 Gr white anchovy powder

• 5 Gr crystal of the sea seaweed powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes or your preferred shape.
  2. In a bowl, mix tapioca starch, white anchovy powder, and seaweed powder.
  3. Coat the tofu pieces evenly with the flour mixture, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the tofu until golden and crispy, about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Remove the tofu from the pan, drain excess oil, and serve warm as a healthy snack.
