INGREDIENTS

• 120 Gr bread, white, commercially prepared (includes soft bread crumbs)

• 10 Gr cheese, cheddar

• 40 Gr carrots, raw [includes usda commodity food a099]

• 2 Gr white anchovy powder

• 2 Gr crystal of the sea shiitake powder

• 30 Gr spinach, raw

• 10 Gr butter, without salt

• 20 Gr cheese spread, cream cheese base

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, grated carrots, boiled and chopped spinach, White Anchovy Powder, and Shiitake Powder until well combined to make the filling.
  2. Take one slice of bread, place a generous amount of filling in the center, then cover with another slice.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and melt the butter. Grill the sandwich until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
  4. Cut the sandwich in half (or as desired), and serve warm.
