INGREDIENTS

• 150 Gr beef, rib, eye, small end (ribs 10- 12) separable lean only, trimmed to 0" fat, select, cooked, broiled [ribeye]

• 100 Gr red bean

• 5 Gr brown anchovy powder

• 50 Gr carrots, raw [includes usda commodity food a099]

• 750 Gr beef bone broth

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the red beans overnight to make them more tender when cooked.
  2. Cut the beef into small pieces, briefly boil to remove any impurities, then drain.
  3. In a pot, add the beef, red beans, and beef bone broth. Simmer on low heat until the beans and beef are tender (approximately 45–60 minutes).
  4. Add the carrots to the pot and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
  5. Stir in the brown anchovy powder, mix well, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
  6. Remove the soup from the heat, pour into bowls, and enjoy while warm.
