DESCRIPTION

This complementary food for babies combines nutrient-rich beef, fresh vegetables, and Crystal of the Sea White Anchovy Powder, an excellent source of calcium and protein. Its soft texture is specifically designed for babies aged 12 months and above, helping to fulfill their daily nutritional needs with a delicious, naturally appealing taste.

INGREDIENTS

• 30 Gr rice, brown, medium-grain, raw

• 30 Gr beef, brisket, whole, separable lean only, all grades, raw

• 15 Gr carrots, raw [includes usda commodity food a099]

• 10 Gr spinach, raw

• 3 Gr garlic, raw

• 200 Gr soup, chicken broth, low sodium, canned

• 1 Gr white anchovy powder

• 2 Gr oil, olive, salad or cooking

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly.
  2. Finely chop the beef, carrots, and spinach into small pieces to make them easier for the little one to digest.
  3. Heat olive oil in a small pan.
  4. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the minced beef. Cook until the beef changes color.
  5. In a small pot or rice cooker, add the rice, sautéed beef, carrots, and spinach.
  6. Pour in 200 ml unsalted chicken broth and add 1 teaspoon of Crystal of the Sea White Anchovy Powder. Mix well.
  7. If using a pot, cook over low heat until the rice becomes porridge-like in texture. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  8. If using a rice cooker, cook until the “cook” mode is finished, then stir to adjust the texture to your baby’s needs.
  9. Once cooked, let it cool slightly before serving. If needed, blend or strain to achieve the desired complementary feeding texture.
