INGREDIENTS

• 200 Gr tofu, firm, prepared with calcium sulfate and magnesium chloride (nigari)

• 30 Gr carrots, raw [includes usda commodity food a099]

• 30 Gr spinach, raw

• 2 Gr shrimp powder

• 2 Gr oil, vegetable, sunflower, linoleic, (approx. 65%)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed tofu, grated carrots, chopped spinach, and shrimp powder until well combined.
  2. Lightly grease small molds (or a baking dish) with oil to prevent sticking, then pour in the tofu mixture.
  3. Heat a steamer and steam the tofu mixture for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from the molds and serve warm.
