INGREDIENTS

• 100 Gr corn, yellow

• 50 Gr spinach, raw

• 5 Gr brown anchovy powder

• 750 Gr soup, beef broth or bouillon canned, ready-to-serve

• 2 Gr crystal of the sea oyster powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove the kernels from the sweet corn.
  2. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  3. In a pot, bring the beef bone broth (or water) to a boil. Add the corn kernels and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
  4. Add the spinach to the pot and cook until wilted (about 2–3 minutes).
  5. Stir in the oyster powder and brown anchovy powder, adjust the seasoning to taste.
  6. Remove the soup from the heat, pour it into bowls, and enjoy while warm.
